Created for the JEWELRY DESIGN CHALLENGE book, by LARK Books in 2010.  LARK chose 30 jewelry artists in the USA to participate in this challenge. Pauline was one of those chosen.

The premise was that each artist was given a list of 9 materials. Each artist was to submit a jewelry design to LARK for approval. Once the design was approved the artist was allowed to add one “wild card” material to their design. The artist could use some or all of the materials. A box with the materials was sent to each artist and within 4 weeks the pieces were to be completed.

Pauline’s bracelet used 6 of LARK’s materials and her wild card was glass enamel.

The making of this bracelet is featured in the header of this website.
