A trio of mixed ,metal vases based on actual tropical fish. These vases have traveled extensively in an exhibition “The Vase”.
These sculptural pieces were later transformed into candle sticks.
Each fish stands approximately 4″ – 5″ tall, not including the candle. They are precious hollow forms made with love.
Made from sterling silver and bronze, copper and gold. Each fish represents and actual type of tropical fish. The sterling bases, which lend them very stable, represent actual flora that would be present in their natural environment.
These are filled with whimsy and can accent any table, display or nook.
The mixed metal techniques, detailing and fabrication was all done with great care, by hand by Pauline.
