In 2003 Pauline was chosen in a competition from 5 jewelers to create the Glassman Award for the Maine State Bar Association. The design was to symbolically illustrate excellence and outstanding performance by a woman attorney professionally and in the community.

The brooch is created of sterling silver and 18k yellow gold. Meticulously hand pierced, formed and constructed by Pauline. The commission was for 5 years (2004 -2009) and extended to 2010.
